General Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Nonrefundable Items:
a. Bulk Orders:
•Bulk orders, defined as purchases exceeding $200, are considered final and nonrefundable. This includes but is not limited to orders of large quantities of the same product.
b. Custom Orders:
•Custom orders, which are specially made or personalized according to your specifications, are also nonrefundable. This is due to the unique nature of these orders and the resources involved in their production.
